The Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP) was the document that formed the basis of the application for charter. It describes the focus of the school and how it will operate.  New laws have been passed and the DIP will be replaced with performance contracts.  The Governing Board will begin negotiations to develop our own performance contract as soon as the Charter Commission is ready.
